We couldn't be happier to see so many of you coming back to class. Thank you 🙏 !! Your feedback on our procedures has been great and we're so happy that those of you coming in feel safe and protected.
Last week, we added back weekend classes, 9 am on Saturday and 9 am on Sunday. This week we are adding in a 6:45 pm class on Tuesday.
We know classes are filling up and many have waitlists, we will continue to slowly but surely add back classes to our schedule. Our priority is ensuring we expand our schedule in a responsible way, keeping everyone safe while providing you with lots of opportunities to get your row on!
Given the limited capacity in class and the streamlined schedule, late cancellations are even more problematic than normal. We have updated our cancellation policy and waiver and you will be prompted to sign this before your next class.
Because we want to ensure that as many people who want to get into class can get into class, we are asking you to strictly adhere to the 12 hour cancellation window. This window has not changed. This is not only helpful to keep you accountable to yourself and your workout routine, but it is also the fair thing to do for others who may be waitlisted for class.
The update to the cancellation policy is with those holding unlimited passes, either the 2-week unlimited or monthly unlimited memberships. Beginning tomorrow, if you cancel within 12 hours of class starting, you will be charged $22 for the missed class.
We aren't doing this to penalize you or to be mean (c'mon, you know we're not mean!). We are only recognizing that right now, spaces are limited and in demand. We want to be fair to everyone and ensure that we don't have empty seats in class (especially when those classes had a waitlist).
Of course, if you begin to feel sick and think you may have COVID-19, we ask that you let us know. Cancellations for this reason will be exempt from the cancellation policy above. In such circumstances, we will put a note on your file and you will either be able to come back after a negative COVID-19 test or after 2 weeks away from the studio with no further symptoms.
