We're guessing you know what we're about to say, as much as it breaks our heart to do so. We are incredibly sad to announce we will be closing our doors immediately. We will not be running our noon or evening classes today, March 16th. Our current plan is to re-open on April 6th. Please stay tuned as events are evolving rapidly, as you well know.
We did not make this decision lightly. We truly believe we have such an incredible community and right now, when tensions are high, it is hard to take a step that feels like withdrawing from our community. However, at this point we know that perhaps the most important step we can take to ensure the safety of our SCULLHOUSE community is to close our doors temporarily.
Any classes that have been booked for this week will be placed back on your account for use in the future. All classes will be cancelled online.
What does this mean for class passes and memberships? We know that closing for 3 weeks may have an impact on your ability to use your remaining classes before they expire. We are happy to extend any expiring class passes to allow you to use them when we re-open. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need an extension.
If you have an 8 pass or unlimited monthly membership and feel you need to pause your membership during this 3 week period, we will be happy to adjust your membership accordingly. Please email us at email@example.com to request the adjustment.
As we close our doors, on our third year anniversary, we want to take a moment to thank you. It is because of you and how amazing you all are that this decision is so hard. SCULLHOUSE is a light in our day. A place where we know we will see smiling faces, be uplifted by the shared positive energy, and always leave feeling better than we arrived. While our team of coaches are amazing and take a leadership role in creating this environment, it is you, our crew, that continues to amaze us by building on this feeling each and every day. We are truly grateful for each of you.
We are in uncharted waters, facing a novel situation with serious consequences for all of us. While this is daunting, we take great comfort in knowing that our community will return after this temporary closure feeling positive, empowered and ready to row onwards and upwards.
