Online Class Updates


SCULLHOUSE Online Classes

Hey Crew,

So by this point, we all know the drill - STAY HOME.  Ok.  Well, that doesn't mean you can't still take SCULLHOUSE Classes.  In fact, now is THE time to ensure you are prioritizing your health and wellness.  Not only does getting moving help you feel better physically, lead to better food choices (anyone else know the way from the couch to the fridge with your eyes closed?) and keep our immune system functioning; but by working out we release endorphins that are so key to keeping our mood elevated. 
Workout = stay healthy + stay happy!!

So, we have created online classes that DON'T NEED ANY EQUIPMENT.  That's right.  Nothing but heart!  ❤️ 


Join us for three different types of mat classes:

  • Strength + Conditioning with Kristin - Tuesday at 7 am and Saturday at 10 am 
  • Stretch + Restore with Kristin - Wednesday 5:30 pm
  • Cardio with Riley - Thursday 5:30 pm

These classes can be purchased with any existing class packs or memberships.  They can also be purchased at a discount with our online mat class drop in option.  These classes are live participation only (as in we are not recording you getting all sweaty for posterity and future blackmail use - we kid, we kid).

We don't want to neglect our rowing roots, however; so we also have online rowing classes for those of you with ergs at home.


Our online rowing classes are subscription based.  You purchase a monthly membership for $50 and it gives you access to our four weekly rowing classes led by Kristin.  (Note the mat classes are not included in this subscription.)

  • Classic Row - Monday at 5 pm
  • HIIT Row - Wednesday at 7 am
  • Core Row - Friday at 7 am
  • Endurow - Saturday at 8:30 am
 All classes are recorded, so if you miss a class, you can take it at a later time.

We miss our community so much!  Thank you all for your support during this difficult time.  Even though we may not be together, we can still connect and sweat!  Don't underestimate the power of seeing some smiling faces and that post workout endorphin rush.  We've got this crew!!
