NEW THIS SPRING

New Classes
Dropping April 1st, three new and exciting classes:  HIIT Row, Box Row and Foundations.

  • HIIT Row - Think Classic Row with shorter, higher intensity intervals.  This class will be challenging with more on and off the mat transitions required.  Not suitable for beginners. 55 minute class.
  • Box Row - The fusion of the interval training on the rowing machine and mat work familiar to Classic Row with shadow boxing routines.  This combination culminates in a high-intensity, total body workout.  55 minute class lead by in-house boxing expert Christian Mazzilli.
  • Foundations - A gentler row with lower rates.  Great for active recovery or those feeling not quite ready to jump into the higher intensity classes.

Marathon Row
Looking for the next challenge to spice up your training this spring?  Perhaps looking to cross-train for other sports such as running or triathlon?  Take part in our marathon row May 12th.  If you think you might be interested, be sure to start training with the Enduro Row class Saturday's at 8 am.  There will be a $50 entry fee for the event - $25 will be donated to the Heart and Stroke Foundation and $25 will go towards the purchase of an AED.
