New Fall Schedule and SCULLHOUSE 2.0!

We have some exciting changes in the works this fall.  

Fall is a great time to get back into a regular routine after summer holidays, patio afternoons and all the indulgence summer brings.  To help you fall back into those healthy patterns, our NEW FALL SCHEDULE has started!

We're happy to now offer noon classes EVERYDAY.  That's right, no matter what day it is, you can squeeze in your lunch time sweat!

We also know that not everyone is a morning person, so if you're looking for a slightly later start to your day, check out our Friday 8:05 am express class!  For you night owls, we're also offering a 7:05 pm class on Wednesday.

We're also very excited to announce that SCULLHOUSE 2.0 is coming soon!  We'll still offer the same high-energy, total-body, low-impact workout you know and love, but we're adding:
  • real-time, in-class, performance monitoring;
  • data tracking;
  • specific erg (rowing machine) reservations; and
  • heart rate monitoring.
To make sure you can always get your spot in class and receive any updates about your classes, please take a moment to register for your classes in advance. 

Signing up for class helps your coach tailor your workout to give you the best overall experience.  This will be more important as we move forward with our data tracking and sending you the results of your workout after class.
